Bibimbap (비빔밥) to jedno z najsłynniejszych dań Korei, którego nazwa oznacza dosłownie „mieszany ryż” („비빔” – bibim, czyli mieszanie, oraz „밥” – bap, czyli ryż). To pełne smaku i kolorów danie ma swoje korzenie w koreańskiej tradycji – kiedyś było sposobem na wykorzystanie resztek jedzenia, dziś jest symbolem równowagi i różnorodności. W misce znajdziesz ciepły ryż, świeże i marynowane warzywa, soczyste mięso (lub tofu dla wersji wege), a całość wieńczy jajko i kultowy sos gochujang, który dodaje wyrazistej, lekko pikantnej głębi smaku.
